The Temperatures are Swelling and So am I!!

Friends, I need your help! The temperatures are hitting high 60s and even into the 70s (which I love) but the tops of my feet and ankles are starting swell. I know this is normal, but it is creating a problem with shoes for work. I am OK with flip flops at home, but I can't wear them to work.

I am going this weekend to buy some new shoes for work, so I need suggestions on what to buy. Also, any suggestions on how to reduce swelling would be AWESOME!

Hey Em! Just some suggestions with the swelling. I have it so bad with pregnancy. The thing that helped the most with the swelling for me is to always have your feet elevated. At work you could put your feet up on a step stool while you work. Then when you get home propt them up on the couch. Take it easy!!! You deserve it! :) Plus, this is the only time when you can say "Im pregnant I have to take it easy! :) Let me know what I can do to help you! Can't wait to see that little guy!

Can't you get some "nicer" flip flops to wear? i saw some cute ones at shoe carnival. Or there are always crocs, make sure you get a bigger size so you don't have big marks in your feet from them.

I don't have shoe recommendations, for some reason my feet didn't ever swell, but my ankles did. I laid in the pool all day every day, and that helps! :) Soak your feet in a really cool tub at the end of the day, and keep them elevated as much as possible. Hang in there. Almost done! Yayy!
